Job Description:
A company is looking for a Military Affairs Contact Center Agent
I to assist military students with their educational funding and
resources.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on Tuition Assistance, GI BILL, and Liberty
Military Benefits
Assist students with enrollment processes and financial
check-ins
Conduct outbound calls to remind students of important deadlines
and assist with paperwork
Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Customer service experience required
Prior office experience required
Fluency in Spanish or American Sign Language is preferred
Must not be in default on any federal student or parent loan
