Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Retail, Services Sales to
drive sustainability transformation and business growth in the
retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement go-to-market sales plans and strategies for
the retail industry
Motivate and manage an industry-focused sales team to achieve
targets while embodying company values
Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and
alliance partners
Qualifications
5+ years in a sales director role managing client-facing account
executives in the IT product and/or services industry, specifically
in retail
Experience leading within a large, global matrix organization
requiring cross-functional collaboration
Proven ability to guide sales professionals from opportunity
origination to successful closure of complex deals
History of achieving or exceeding fiscal financial targets
Experience in developing strong industry partnerships
