Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Sales to lead their sales
team as they grow and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a high-performing sales team, coaching and
supporting team members
Scale the team to effectively handle increased inbound and outbound
lead volumes
Drive conversion improvements across the inbound funnel and
optimize sales systems
Required Qualifications
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and
coaching sales reps
Experience in developing and implementing sales playbooks for SMB
clients
Proven success in building a measurable outbound sales strategy
Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting and
budgeting
Early-stage experience in startups prior to Series C
