Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Care Agent to join their
Client Care Team in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in an inbound and outbound
call center
Build professional relationships with guests, travel agents, and
partners
Complete reservations accurately and efficiently while reviewing
operational reservation notations
Required Qualifications
Must be a self-starter and self-learner
Strong computer skills, including CRM management and Microsoft
Office applications
Ability to organize and prioritize activities in a fast-paced
environment
Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and
weekends as needed
Bilingual speaking is a plus
