presence to the US West-Coast, this in order to better serve our
existing customers in the territory and add new customers. We are
looking for a professional Senior Sales Accounts Executive to lead
those expansion activities. We are looking for candidates who are
passionate about sales, success and winning spirit, to disrupt the
Real Estate Investment industry & market. -As a Senior Sales
Account Executive at Agora, you will identify and close new
opportunities directly with targeted key strategic accounts and new
strategic prospects. You'll manage the entire lifecycle of the deal
across our entire product line and present the value of our
solutions to small, medium and enterprise businesses,
entrepreneurs, and C-level executives.What are we looking for
- Develop & lead the company's growth plans in the US West-Coast
territory.
- Target both pure new logos as well as customers using other
competitive solutions. -
- Manage full sale-cycle, including self-prospecting, online &
face to face sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept,
proposals and closing negotiations.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing sales pipeline through outbound
& inbound prospecting and deals - working with SDR's and solo.

- Develop a targeted prospecting strategy for the real estate SMB
/ Mid market / enterprise, including weekly prospecting activities
to build pipelines.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals on a quarterly and
annual basis.
- Manage & report sales pipeline / forecast effectively in
Hubspot CRM / other sales systems.
- Continually contribute to the development of the sales team,
including but not limited to documentation, processes, procedures,
solution procurement, and implementation.
- Enhance sales processes by collaborating with Customer Success,
Product, and R&D.
- Communicate with the Product Team about customers' technical
needs and requirements.
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day
customer requests.
- Complete post-sale processes with the finance teamRequirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Senior Sales Account
Executive.
- Ability to lead and develop others - while executing on your
own sales targets.
- Experience building a sales Go-To-Market sales strategy.
- Results oriented and goals driven sales DNA.
- Managing full sale-cycles for SaaS solutions and other
services.
- Experience working with small to medium businesses and/or
mid-size organizations.
- Hands-on approach to developing and building pipelines from
scratch, including cold calling, email sequence etc.
- Experience in cross-selling, offering multiple products to both
existing and potential customers.
- Ability to penetrate accounts and to meet with stakeholders
within accounts.
- Strong relationship building, negotiating and closing
skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
efficiently.
- Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people
person.
- Native / flaunt English speaker.
- Familiarity / experience with selling Real-Estate Investment
Management domain tools (Juniper, Appfolio, InvestNext, agora etc.)

- Experience hunting / selling in Financial Market or Real Estate
domains
- Experience working with sales tools as Avoma / Gong, Outreach,
HubSpot, Linkdin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.
- Additional languages as Spanish - advantageEqual
