Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Workflow Analyst to
contribute to the standardization and communication of operational
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain updated carrier policies and existing documentation for
accuracy
Document and research new processes for standardization and audit
current processes for effectiveness
Utilize SQL for one-time report builds and assist the AR department
in data research for improvements
Required Qualifications
Successful experience in data analysis and providing
recommendations
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL
Ability to build relationships and provide meaningful
recommendations
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
Experience in a collaborative team environment
