Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Operations Analyst to
support customers in protecting their organization's security.
Key Responsibilities
Provide security expertise and empathetic communication to
customers
Troubleshoot security incidents and analyze logs for context
Collaborate with the Incident Detection Engineering team on
critical security incidents
Required Qualifications and Education
Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity and eagerness to learn new
threats
Basic knowledge of industry frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK,
NIST)
Experience with a SIEM or SOC
SQL proficiency
Education in IT/Computer Science or Cybersecurity is a plus
