Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to support its
real estate growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite new real estate opportunities with a focus on
hospitality partnerships and acquisitions
Create pitch deck materials and internal deal memorandums to
support the deal team
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations
teams throughout the deal pipeline
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, management, or
brokerage, preferably in hospitality underwriting
Experience underwriting and performing due diligence for real
estate assets
Superior Excel skills with the ability to build complex models
Highly motivated and able to work independently while maintaining
efficiency
Experience in the hospitality, multifamily, or private equity
industries is a plus
