TIELLOhas partnered with a highly successfulTop 50 ENR General Contractorin theGreater Los Angeles Areaon their search for aQuality Control Engineerwith direct experience onHeavy Civil and Horizontal Construction Projects.Job Title:Quality Control Engineer (3+ yrs exp)Project Types: Heavy Civil, Transportation, Rail, Train Stations, Tunnels, HighwaysKey Responsibilities:

• Direct experience with Quality Control, and assisting the Quality Control Manager
• Proven ability to handle all field engineer responsibilities
• This role will engage across all projects including review/production of design and construction documents, implementation of QA/QC during construction through review of submittals, RFIs, and review/inspection/testing of ongoing work in the field.
• The ideal candidate has a background overseeing subcontractors and a focus in field supervision
• Collaborate closely with internal and external team members including consultants, A/E professionals, owners, and trade partners while continually striving to elevate the construction process through creating remarkable experiences for all involved. Skills & Qualification:
  • 3+ years of Quality Control or Field Engineer Experience for a reputable General Contractor
  • 3+ years of experience on Heavy Civil, Transportation, Highway, Tunneling, or Train Station Projects
  • B.S. in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering/Architecture or recognized industry credentials
