Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Invest Operations Associate to
manage investment transactions and customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of investment-related customer support,
ensuring timely and accurate responses
Handle specialized processes including levies, wire payments, and
ACH disputes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operations and
process improvements
Required Qualifications
FINRA SIE, Series 66, 7 license or will obtain within 6 months of
hire
3-5 years of investment, banking, or financial operations
experience
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced
environment
Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, or
holidays
