Job Description:
A company is looking for a 100% Remote US-Based IT
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and manage routine IT operations, including
helpdesk support and staff account management
Work on strategic initiatives to improve IT systems, including
automation and software migration projects
Update and enforce security systems and policies while educating
the team on compliance
Required Qualifications
Strong interest in continually learning new IT systems
Ability to adapt to unpredictable and evolving job functions
Comfort with independently solving problems without step-by-step
instructions
Organizational skills and good project management abilities
Preferred: security clearance and relevant cybersecurity
certifications (not required)
