Job Description:
A company is looking for a Disenrollment Specialist to support
members with disenrollment requests and ensure quality
assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in escalated member calls at risk
of disenrollment
Conduct outbound and inbound phone calls to assist members and
resolve issues
Document member interactions and maintain accurate organizational
data
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience required; 2-4 years
preferred
Experience with Medi-Cal, Commercial, and Medicare Managed Care
Plans
High school diploma or GED required; equivalent education and
experience acceptable
Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages preferred
Sales license or completion of sales certification a plus
