Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX Researcher (Contract) to
understand user needs and improve their experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead research efforts, including surveys, user interviews, and
prototype testing
Unify quantitative and qualitative data to enhance user retention
and satisfaction
Translate research findings into actionable insights for product
development
Required Qualifications
3+ years of user research experience, including surveys and focus
group facilitation
Basic operating knowledge of SQL and proficiency with UXR tools and
AWS integration
Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-growing environment
Genuine interest in mental health and supporting professionals in
the industry
