Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative to join
their Patient Access Team in a remote contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient access and registration duties in EPIC Practice
Management
Manage patient accounts, including obtaining prior authorizations
and processing registrations
Provide customer service support regarding billing and payment
matters
Required Qualifications:
Call center experience (preferred)
Administrative experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
Strong customer service experience
Outgoing personality
Flexible and self-motivated
