Job Description:
A company is looking for an Appeals Specialist (Disputes) to
perform moderately complex appeals work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Research and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders
regarding the appeals/dispute process
Conduct research using federal regulations and IDRE or PPDR
policies to support decisions
Log receipts and enter data into the database while identifying
trends and scheduling meetings as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Three years of general office experience, with education
substituting for experience on a year-per-year basis
One year of IDRE experience or one year of professional business
writing experience in relevant industries
General knowledge of IDRE processes is preferred
