Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist (Tier 1) to
provide multi-level technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent support and act as a consultant for clients
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues while reporting
bugs
Develop expert knowledge of products and contribute to help
materials
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated independent work ethic and self-discipline
Experience in client service roles, including IT support or call
centers
Interest in working with technology and learning new tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
Transferable skills may be considered
