Job Description:
A company is looking for a Precertification Representative to
join their team remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative intake of members and process referrals and
prior authorizations
Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team to
manage service requests
Assist clinical staff with document setup and handle inquiries from
members and providers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years or older
2+ years of customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during business hours
