Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Technical Support
Representative to provide application support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for associates, providing
high-level customer service
Document and resolve reported issues using a ticketing system and
knowledge base tools
Maintain relationships within the IT department and escalate
unresolved issues as needed
Required Qualifications:
0-2 years of relevant experience in a technical call center or
comparable education preferred
Basic SQL knowledge is required
Experience with call/chat interfaces and ticketing systems is
ideal
Basic understanding of general programming languages is
preferred
Experience using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, EDI, and Microsoft
Office products is preferred
