Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Posting Lead to oversee
payment posting processes and ensure accurate account
management.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile daily bank deposits and verify payment postings
Lead and train the Payment Posting Team, ensuring efficient cash
application processes
Assist in resolving posting errors and manage outstanding account
balances for collections
Required Qualifications and Education
High school graduate or GED
3-5 years of payment posting experience in a medical setting
Experience with bank reconciliation and month-end balancing
Knowledge of EFT/ERA setup is a plus
Experience with Mod Med/EMA practice management system is a
plus
