Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist
customers with product issues and maintain high satisfaction
levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for after-hours support
Triage software reported issues and resolve Tier 1 issues
Document customer requests and collaborate with other departments
for updates and resolutions
Required Qualifications:
0-3 years of customer support or related experience, or a Bachelor
of Science degree
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Proficient in Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, Visio)
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently or as part of
a team
