Job Description:

A company is looking for a Multi-Life Inforce Policy Administration Specialist (Non-Financial).

Key Responsibilities

Process complex non-financial service requests and ensure compliance
Communicate with stakeholders for additional documentation and information
Collaborate with other teams to drive process improvements and maintain quality standards

Required Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
3-5 years of related work experience in the insurance industry
Multi-Life experience is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel (beginner to intermediate)
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
