Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Closer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with various departments to ensure loan closings comply
with policies
Review loan approval letters and manage pre-closing requirements
with borrowers
Prepare and compile loan documentation in accordance with internal
and SBA requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Good understanding of Title Reports, Searches, Insurance, and
related documentation
SBA Loan Closing experience preferred
Experience with Finastra LaserPro preferred
Proficient with file management and database software
