Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Lead to ensure the smooth
operation of IT systems and provide a positive experience for
end-users globally.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for IT-related issues for the Mexico
business
Lead the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account
setup and IT induction sessions
Manage IT asset inventory and troubleshoot hardware and software
issues remotely
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field
6+ years of proven experience in IT support or a related role
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Experience with Google Workspace Administration and remote device
management tools
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
