Job Description:
A company is looking for a Player Support Advocate to provide
technical and customer support to clients' customers.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer queries aiming for first-time resolution with
professionalism
Conduct fault finding analysis to address technical issues raised
by customers
Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer care
experiences
Required Qualifications
Experience in gaming on consoles or PCs
Technical IT support background or IT literacy
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area is an advantage
Ability to work flexible hours to align with PST
Comfortable discussing technical faults related to game
consoles/PCs
