Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Intake to oversee the
intake specialist team and ensure operational objectives are
met.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily operational direction and oversight to the intake
staff
Manage workload balancing and assist with case escalations and
provider issues
Conduct performance evaluations and support the development of team
members
Required Qualifications
Previous supervisory/management experience in a contact center
environment
Able to develop and train large groups and/or one-on-one
Skilled in driving process improvement initiatives
Intellectually curious with a desire to continuously improve work
processes
Flexible and agile in ambiguous situations, open to changes in role
and scope
