Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Lead to oversee
and enhance the Medicare Star Program.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee, organize, and monitor Medicare Star Program projects while
building relationships with partners
Develop and facilitate trainings on updates to the Star program for
internal and external employees
Track and report on outcomes and KPIs to ensure project goals are
met throughout various life cycles
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 3 years of experience in a health plan, managed care, or
medical group setting, preferably in quality improvement or the
Medicare Star program
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (Health Science, Health
Administration, or related) required
Valid Driver's License
Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal
supervision
