Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist I - GI to join
their Client Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client support by identifying and resolving
client needs and issues
Establish procedures to ensure client satisfaction and quality
service delivery
Communicate and collaborate across teams to help resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-2 years of related experience
Previous experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Basic knowledge of Windows operating system tools and remote
connectivity
Experience with HL7 file types preferred
