Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reward Partner, Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Shape the total rewards agenda across the Americas region, focusing
on base pay, variable pay, equity plans, and employee benefits
Lead local, regional, and global reward projects from design to
implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals
Develop engaging reward communications to enhance employee
experience and pay transparency
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in Remuneration & Benefits in a large
global company
Strong knowledge of remuneration & benefits design in a complex
matrix environment
Experience with HRIS/Compensation management systems, preferably
Workday
Proven track record in developing sales incentive schemes and
managing various benefit plans
High level expertise in Hay Job Evaluation and external market
benchmarking activities
