Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Operations Associate to
enhance internal operations and support provider credentialing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing of
providers
Develop and implement best practices and workflows for provider
credentialing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational
processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; 2-5 years of work
experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google products
Proficiency in Salesforce
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
Familiarity with NCQA Standards and Verifiable Platform is a
plus
