A company is looking for a Client Services Technical Support Specialist I (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
Educate users on product features and resolve technical issues
Document customer interactions and submit tickets using CRM software


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior healthcare, IT, or call center experience preferred
Typing proficiency of 45+ words per minute
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy
Must have reliable internet connection if working remotely
