Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Credit Disputes Specialist
responsible for managing and resolving customer disputes related to
credit reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle credit dispute functions and ensure accurate reporting of
credit information
Act as a liaison between consumer reporting agencies and resolve
credit bureau-related issues
Ensure compliance with FCRA while researching and responding to
credit disputes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-2 years of experience in credit bureau reporting at a financial
institution
Credit dispute resolution experience with knowledge of credit
reporting agencies
Experience working with e-Oscar
Familiarity with Metro2 format and reporting
High School Diploma and/or GED
