Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Services Contractor (PSC)
Compensation Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and recommend PSC compensation structures aligned with
government and industry standards
Advise on the development of U.S. Direct-Hire and FSN-equivalent
benefits packages
Conduct research and benchmarking to assess market competitiveness
of compensation packages
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Public Administration,
Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years in compensation advisory roles, focusing on
federal or foreign assistance compensation
Deep understanding of General Schedule, Foreign Service Schedule,
and Senior Level pay scales
Experience advising on USAID or similar government contracts
Experience managing or hiring PSCs
