Serve as a trusted advisor on People & Talent matters and build
relationships across the organization
Own the end-to-end recruitment process and enhance the onboarding
and training experience
Drive culture and engagement initiatives while overseeing
compliance and compensation structures
Required Qualifications:
Progressive experience in People and Talent roles at high-growth
startups
Exceptional talent acquisition and onboarding experience
Operational strength with a proactive, builder mentality
Strong management skills with experience leading teams
Alignment with company values and culture
