Job Description:
We are always looking for driven and eager individuals to join
our team. As a Trainee, you will will gain valuable hands-on
experience in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic industry. As a
Trainee, you'll engage in safety discussions, execute equipment
operation instructions, inspect and adjust equipment for optimal
performance, and contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and
productive work environment. You will have the opportunity to:
Hands-on Learning: Participate in practical training.
Safety Adherence: Follow safety standards, promote a positive
safety culture.
Collaboration: Work effectively with various functions.
Responsibilities Safety Engagement: Join safety discussions and
initiatives.
Equipment Operation: Follow instructions for equipment use.
Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and adjust equipment.
Work Environment: Keep a safe, clean, and productive workspace.
Problem Solving: Respond calmly to operational issues and safety
hazards. What You'll Bring Shift Flexibility: Work day and/or night
shifts.
Safety Commitment: Strong dedication to safety.
Driver's License: Possess a valid license.
Industry Experience: Previous mining or industrial experience.
