Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to
support Customer Success Managers and enhance customer
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Customer Success Managers in managing customer portfolios
throughout their journey
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure
timely resolution of inquiries
Analyze system usage and product adoption, and prepare regular
reports on customer success metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a
related field
2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or
related disciplines
Experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, TeamSupport, and Monday.com
preferred
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and G-Suite (Google Drive,
Gmail)
Hospitality industry experience preferred
