Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel with 5+ years of
experience on a part-time contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate vendor and procurement contracts
Provide legal advice on contract terms, identifying risks and
suggesting mitigations
Draft and negotiate data privacy terms within commercial
agreements, including DPAs
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active
bar membership
3-5+ years of experience in commercial contract law, focusing on
vendor and procurement agreements
Experience with data privacy laws and regulations, including
DPAs
Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes
