Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Litigation to join
their Legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a cohesive litigation strategy aligned with
organizational goals
Oversee complex litigation matters and manage outside counsel
Provide strategic guidance on health insurance regulatory
requirements and ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and at least 8 years of
relevant experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the health insurance
industry
Experience managing a complex litigation portfolio in-house for at
least 7 years
Litigation experience in Florida, California, Texas, and/or New
York jurisdictions
Understanding of the end-to-end litigation process, legal research,
and contract interpretation
