Job Description:
Our Reputable firm is currently seeking a self-motivated Legal
Assistant to join our Personal Injury Medical Management Team. The
ideal candidate will be able to provide reliable and consistent
client support, acting as a liaison between client and attorney.
The ideal candidate Must have personal injury experience in a
medical managment role. Moreover, the experience must be in
California and in the United States. Legal Assistant Duties and
Responsibilities Communicate with medical providers on behalf of
the client Assist clients in scheduling medical appointments
Monitor clients' medical treatment Maintain clients' records by
reviewing case notes, logging events, and monitoring progress
Conduct weekly phone calls with clients Compile and review medical
records Comply with HIPAA regulations Help Prepare demand packages
Perform other duties as assigned Legal Assistant Requirements
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required At least two or
more years experience working in a medical management role in a
Personal Injury firm. Bilingue ( English and Spanish) is a
required. Must be computer literate Ability to work in a team as
well as individually Excellent communication skills, both verbal
and written High Organized & strong digital e-filing skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills Excellent time management,
