About Prestige Legal SolutionsCali Lemon Lawyers by Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a full-service lemon law firm based in Los Angeles. Our law office represents California clients who have been sold a defective vehicle that qualifies as a lemon. However, we're looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential personal injury cases and provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and options.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and compile medical records to support client claims.
• Prepare and draft demand letters, settlement proposals, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing parties to reach fair settlements for clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and developments.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, accident reconstruction experts, and other specialists as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in personal injury law and relevant regulations.
• Assist in the development of case strategies to maximize client recovery.Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in CA.
  • 2+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
