Job Description:

A company is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive system administration for the learning management system, including user support and platform maintenance
Collaborate with instructional and graphic designers to optimize content development and ensure alignment with LMS best practices
Manage vendor relationships to enhance system functionality and resolve system-related issues

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience administering a learning management system or managing learning programs
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for content adjustments and troubleshooting
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies like Agile or Scrum
Strong technical program management and technical writing skills
