Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Advisor to provide
remote customer support for telecommunications services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first contact support for voice, video, and data issues for
residential and commercial customers
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer troubles while
maintaining service level requirements
Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary to
ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service, help desk, troubleshooting, or call
center experience
Advanced troubleshooting skills related to telephony and data
products
Understanding of telecommunication products and services
Experience with ACD, trouble ticketing systems, and business
applications
Ability to adhere to a work schedule and attendance guidelines
