Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Technology Architect to provide
architectural leadership for their HCM product transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical consultations and analyses for complex
problems
Lead design sessions and offer technical leadership to engineering
teams
Evaluate emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement in
products and processes
Required Qualifications
15+ years of software industry experience
Demonstrable experience as a software architect or similar role
Expert level hands-on experience in microservices-based
transformations and event-driven solutions
Expert in cloud-native architecture with Kubernetes on public cloud
platforms
Experience with Microsoft Azure and related technologies
