Job Description:
A company is looking for a BI Technical Lead with a strong
healthcare background.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the client and the development
team, ensuring alignment with client requirements
Lead an Agile/Scrum-based sprint cycle and oversee the performance
of both onshore and offshore teams
Execute the migration of over 300 Tableau reports and dashboards to
the Azure/Snowflake data warehouse
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a BI Technical Lead in the healthcare
sector
Extensive expertise in Tableau with hands-on experience in
migrating reports to Snowflake and Azure
Strong team leadership skills with experience managing offshore
resources
Flexibility to work EST hours with occasional PST meeting
requirements
