Job Description:
A company is looking for an ECSA Analyst responsible for the
installation, configuration, and maintenance of Epic Client Systems
infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of Epic Client Systems components
Assist with managing Citrix and VMware environments as needed
Lead product release management functions, including testing and
validation scripts
Required Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in system operations or technical
support in a Windows Enterprise environment
Epic Certification in one or more ECSA/ECSM, with a minimum of Epic
Client Systems Administrator for Hyperspace Web and
Interconnect
Willingness to obtain additional Epic ECSA certifications and
Citrix Certifications
Experience with VMWare
Preferred knowledge of clinical and business applications like
Epic, Hyland OnBase, and Citrix
