Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support
Specialist to assist members with technical support for their
hardware and software needs.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, investigate, document, and resolve member issues related
to products
Develop knowledge of products and common technical challenges
Provide timely and professional support via phone, email, and
chat
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of technical troubleshooting or IT help desk
experience
Experience with customer support tools (e.g., Zoom, Freshdesk,
Salesforce)
Experience with mobile and/or data management tools (e.g., JIRA,
Tableau)
Flexibility with work schedule, including nights and weekends
Able to work effectively in a remote environment
