Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior IT HR Analyst (Kronos Pro).
Key Responsibilities

Enhance and support the implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management
Configure Pro WFM and build/maintain integrations using Boomi
Engage with end users for testing and support, while documenting inefficiencies and proposing solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
3+ years of experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management
Experience in configuring complex configurations for multiple bargaining units
Understanding of application APIs and HR processes, especially payroll
Experience with cloud and SaaS solutions, SSO approaches, and data encryption methods
