Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Lead responsible for
payroll tax reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Audit payroll tax accounts and manage tax payments for multiple
U.S. entities
Coordinate with payroll teams and agencies to ensure accurate tax
processing and compliance
Prepare year-end balancing of W-2s and assist with payroll audits
and special projects
Required Qualifications
3+ years of U.S. payroll tax experience for a large multi-state
employer
1+ years of Canadian payroll tax experience
2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, preferably using
Ultimate Software/UltiPro
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent
education and experience
Advanced Excel skills including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables
