Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition
Specialist to lead efforts in attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit elite talent across all functions of the business
Create and place job postings to attract candidates
Onboard new hires and coordinate their entry into their
departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4 years of experience in a recruitment role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume
databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
Experience working in a high-output team
