Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all GTM recruiters
Partner with GTM leaders and stakeholders to prioritize hiring
needs and monitor progress
Develop innovative strategies to meet quarterly hiring goals and
manage a small requisition load
Required Qualifications
10+ years of business recruiting experience, with 5+ years in
people management
Experience in both start-up and larger scaled environments
Expertise in various GTM areas globally
Strong data and metrics-driven mindset
