Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant II to
manage locum tenens coverage and direct hire of advanced
practitioners and physicians.
Key Responsibilities
Complete physician and provider searches from initial approval
through final negotiations
Develop and implement targeted candidate acquisition strategies in
collaboration with the Sourcing Strategist
Maintain relationships with residency/fellowship programs to
enhance the recruitment pipeline
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business
Administration, or related field
At least two years of full cycle recruitment or academic recruiting
experience
Knowledge of physician recruitment marketplace and compensation
trends
Familiarity with compliance and ethical standards in
recruitment
Ability to collaborate with various business partners and maintain
recruitment databases
